With its stunning vistas and homes, we hope you'll find Mariposa to be as unique as we designed it to be. But the only way to truly experience all of the things that make Mariposa special is to visit us in person. We're located in the northern portion of Rio Rancho and convenient to both Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Interstate 25, US 550, Unser and Northern Boulevards are just minutes away. So access is easy from any direction. To find out more about Mariposa, visit our information center which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

From Rio Rancho/Albuquerque's west side: Follow Unser Boulevard, 6.5 miles north of Northern Boulevard - Turn left on Mariposa Parkway to enter Mariposa
From Albuquerque and the Sunport (Albuquerque's airport): Follow I-25 going north - Take exit #242, US-550 in Bernalillo - Go 7 miles west, turn left on Northwest Loop Road (NW Loop Rd.) - Mariposa is just two miles up the road, on the right - Turn right on Mariposa Parkway to enter Mariposa
From Santa Fe: Follow I-25 going south - Take exit #242, US-550 in Bernalillo - Go 7 miles west, turn left on Northwest Loop Road (NW Loop Rd.) - Mariposa is just two miles up the road, on the right - Turn right on Mariposa Parkway to enter Mariposa
